How to LAT (Graal Editor) Linking

Now, as mentioned before, I use a Mac. This means that I have to get on a PC to do offline levels, so I try to stay with online LATing if I can. However I was creating a quest like area, and had to get use to the linking system I learned so long ago.

In this tutorial, I will teach you X and Y, and how to link your levels for Graal.

Type1 Tiledef for those who crave Type1!

                                                David K?                                                           03/08/11

I created this inspired by Aeros type1 template.
The first time I used it all my tiles were off by a pixel.
It was odd and dysfunctional and I was pretty confused.
I also noticed none of the "action" tiles actually worked..

Later on I fixed the template and started to learn the hammer script,
and how to use the level.tiles[] and update commands..

In my few days adventure of creating my own tile-set,
this is what I have learned.

Anyway, hopefully it helps the reader out.

This version, so you're tiles are not off, there are two lines on each divider, a line for each  square section,
you draw over these lines.

How to LAT (Graal Editor) Functions

Some of you may not know how to use Graal Editor.
So I will try to explain it from what I know/learned today
by getting on my old PC to help you all and make this...

How to LAT (House Inside Ends) Part 3

Once again, continuing  from the last tutorial,
we will be working on Farmer Johns house.

In  this part of the tutorial,
I will be doing the upstairs and the left room.

How to LAT (House Inside Start) Part 2

Continuing off from the last tutorial,
we will be working on the inside of Farmer Jacobs' house.

First, I would like to state, this is my own personal preference,
but I hate, hate, HATE houses that don't look like their outside.

Do you all like to enter a small tree type house and walk into a 20 level mansion?
I don't, nor do I like to enter into a rectangle house only to find out its really a circle.

So I try to keep my house insides as close as possible to the outsides.
